This easy and festive recipe is great for the holidays because there is no baking involved! Easily prepare and store for a beautiful desserts to showcase at this year's Christmas party. 

INGRIDIENTS

 

For the Crust

2 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs

3/4 cup of melted butter

 

Cheesecake Filling

1 cup of whipping cream

1 cup of sugar

3 packages of cream cheese (softened at room temperature)

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla extract

 

Sugared Cranberry and Rosemary 

1 cup of cranberries

3 Rosemary stems

1/2 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of water

INSTRUCTIONS

 

Step 1: Combine graham crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, mix well. Pour into tart dish and press around the bottom and sides of the dish to create the crust. Place in the freezer while preparing the filling.

Step 2: Use a stand mixer to beat whipping cream and sugar until soft peaks form. In another bowl, add cream cream cheese until mixture is creamy and smooth. Fold in cream cheese with whipping cream, be sure to mix well. Add vanilla extract and lemon juice and mix again.

Step 3: Pour the filling into prepared tart dish and chill for at least 6 hours. Chill overnight for the best results.

Step 4: Combine water and sugar in a sauce pan over medium heat, stirring until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and add cranberries and rosemary. Take out and drain on cooling rack for 30 minutes. Roll cranberries and rosemary on sugar until evenly coated.

Step 5: Garnish the tart making the shape of wreath.
