Baked Brie Bites are the ultimate easiest holiday appetizer and will definitely wow your guests! Made with puff pastry, Brie cheese, cranberry or raspberry, and pecans, these cute small bites will be a hit at your next hosting event. 

Ingredients

1  (8-oz.) tube crescent dough

1/2 Brie cheese

1/2 cup of cranberry sauce

1/4 cup of pecans

Flour (for non-stick surface)

Rosemary for garnish

Directions 

Preheat oven to 375° and grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray or butter. On a lightly floured surface, roll out crescent dough, and pinch together seams. Cut into 24 squares. Place squares into muffin tin slots.

Cut brie cheese into small pieces and place in crescent dough. Top with a spoon full of cranberry sauce and chopped pecans.

Bake for 15 minutes then garnish with small sprigs of rosemary.
