If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Magenta will gladly accept new, unused, and undamaged merchandise for a full refund less shipping, or exchange, if merchandise is received by us within 21 days of receipt of your order.
Please note: only items purchased on our magenta-inc.com site can be returned to us. To return an item, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and we will reply to your email with a return authorization number to include with your package. You must have a return authorization number for your return to be processed.

Magenta’s handcrafted ceramic products are fragile and must be treated with care when repackaging them. Be sure to keep all original packing materials – all items must be packed securely to receive full credit on the return. For your own security, use an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and keep your receipt. Magenta, Inc. is not responsible for return shipping costs, or items lost or damaged in transit. Pending inspection and approval of returned product, your card will be credited the full amount of your purchase, less shipping. All credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you would prefer to exchange your item, please specify which items you would prefer.
Returns After 21 Days of Receiving Order
Returns received by us after 21 days of your receipt of order will be refunded in the form of an exchange. Please contact Magenta, Inc. at email@example.com
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item has arrived damaged, defective, or is the incorrect item, please take a photograph and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 7 days of receipt so that a replacement can be processed and shipped out to you.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. To cancel backordered items that have not yet shipped, please contact email@example.com and reference your order number in the subject line of your email.
