Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted it cannot be modified or canceled.
To cancel backordered items that have not shipped yet, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and reference your order number in the subject line of your email.

At Magenta, we want you to be happy with your purchase! Of course, if you are not completely satisfied with your items, Magenta will gladly accept returns of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise for a refund, less shipping and restocking fees. Please view our Returns section below for important processing information.
To return an item, simply email your order number and claim to email@example.com within 5 days of receipt, and we will respond with a return authorization number (RA#), and shipping address. Please also indicate at this time if you would prefer a store credit.
Your RA# is required for your package to be identified once it reaches us.
Magenta’s handcrafted ceramic products are very fragile and must be treated with care when repackaging them. Be sure to keep all original packing materials – all items must be packed securely in their original packaging to receive full credit on the return. For your own security, use an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and keep your receipt. Magenta, Inc. is not responsible for return shipping costs, or items lost or damaged in transit.
Once shipped, please email us with confirmed tracking information. Packages shipped back without prior notice may take longer to process.
Pending inspection and approval of returned product, your card will be credited the amount of your purchase, less shipping and 25% restocking fee. All credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
All claims must be made in writing with the support of photos within 5 DAYS of receipt of merchandise.
No returns will be accepted without written authorization by Magenta.
Credits or refunds will be issued for approved claims on broken, damaged or defective items.
Please refer to the return steps and follow accordingly once your damage claim has been approved.

It depends on where you are. As soon as your order ships, you will be emailed with a shipping confirmation including tracking information. At that time, your credit card will be charged for the amount of your order including shipping fees.
On average, it takes 2 - 3 weeks for our shipments to deliver to your front door!
While all of our products are dishwasher safe, hand-wash is recommended for products with gold or silver details. Microwave use is not possible for products with gold, silver or metal accessories.

In 1986, California voters approved an initiative called the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act - better known as Proposition 65. This proposition requires companies to place warning labels on products containing certain levels of substances, including lead. Each year a list of these substances is updated and published. The list has grown to include over 800 substances and includes additives or ingredients in pesticides, common household products, food, drugs, dyes, solvents, heavy metals, and even Vitamin A at particular levels.
Lead is an element that exists in nature and can commonly be found in the soil, plants and water. It is widely distributed throughout the environment, therefore is commonly eaten in everyday foods. We send samples to third-party testing laboratories that follow standard test procedures as prescribed by each of the regulations set forth by the FDA and Prop 65. Through this testing, our third-party specialists help us to ensure that our products meet quality, safety, and environmental standards imposed by Prop 65.
Magenta has strict standards for each of our products in both safety and quality. All of our products are subject to the California Prop 65 tests. Other countries and safety organizations have reviewed known studies and scientific evidence to produce safety guidelines, which determine the levels of heavy metals that can be consumed on a daily basis without causing harm. The Prop 65 levels are among the most stringent. In comparison, as Prop 65 allows for 0.5 micrograms of lead per day, the United States FDA allows 75 micrograms per day, the FAO/WHO and EU allow for 250 micrograms per day.
