Terms & Conditions:

• All prices are F.O.B. Hayward, CA. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Minimum Opening Order $500.00. Minimum re-order amount is $300. A $50.00 service fee will incur on each order below minimum. All new orders are prepaid or by credit card (Visa/MC or Amex). By providing a credit card and expiration date you are authorizing Magenta to charge the credit card at the time of shipment. Your credit card will be authorized up to 5 business days prior to shipping, which will hold funds in the amount of your order including shipping. It may take up to 10 business days to process and ship your order, thus cancellations must be received in writing at least 5 business days before your ship date. Your card will only be charged for items shipped plus our fee for freight & handling.
• All items are sold in case pack quantities only, Magenta Inc. reserves the right to increase order quantities to meet case pack requirements.
• Shipments will be delivered UPS/FedEx or common carrier at our discretion, unless specific routing instructions are provided in advance. Shipments going by common carrier will be sent freight collect. Magenta Inc. is not responsible for additional charges incurred for inside deliveries. Large size products require oversize cartons and may result in a higher freight cost. All orders shipped approx. 4-6 weeks from date of order. 20% of the invoice total will be added for shipping, packing and handling; 15 % of invoice added within CA. IF FREIGHT IS NOT ON OUR ACCOUNT, MAGENTA WILL STILL CHARGE 10% FOR PICKING AND PACKING FROM OUR WAREHOUSE.
• All Claims must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. If damage is due to shipping, all packing materials must be kept for inspection by shipping company. Shipping charges are not refundable. A 25% re-stocking fee plus any shipping expenses will be charged on all returns or refused shipments. Returned items must be in original packaging. No returns are accepted without written authorization by Magenta.
• Backorders will be shipped as available, unless cancelled by written notification. Backorders under $150.00 will be automatically cancelled. You may add to a backorder to avoid cancellation.
• Magenta Inc. reserves the right to sell our product lines to any customer.
• Hand-made products: Slight imperfections are part of the handmade nature of our products and should not be considered as flaws. Wrought iron and other metal products will rust over time. This natural process can be slowed by periodically applying a protective clear coat, and it is the responsibility of the buyer.
