Terms & Conditions:

• Payment: All orders will need to be paid by Credit Card. Your card will be authorized up to 5 business days prior to shipping, which will hold funds in the amount of your order. It may take up to 7 business days to process and ship your order. Your card will only be charged for items shipped plus any fees for expedited shipments.
• Shipping: Free UPS ground shipping in the continental U.S. is included with each order, unless specific shipping instructions are provided in advance. All orders shipped approximately 2-7 business days from date of order. Ground delivery takes from 2-7 days to arrive. We're sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to P.O. Boxes or destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience. Additional charges will apply to orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. For expedited shipping, please contact shop@magenta-inc.com.
• Damages/Claims: All Claims must be made in writing (email shop@magenta-inc.com or fax, 510.849.1795) within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. If damage is due to shipping, all packing materials must be kept for inspection by shipping company. Shipping charges are not refundable. A 25% re-stocking fee plus any shipping expenses will be charged on all returns or refused shipments. Returned items must be in original packaging. No returns will be accepted without authorization by Magenta.
• Backorders: If the product you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified via email. Backorders will be shipped as available unless cancelled by written notification. Backorders under $20.00 will be automatically cancelled.
• Hand-made products: Slight imperfections are part of the handmade nature of our products and should not be considered to be flaws. Wrought iron and other metal products will rust over time. This natural process can be slowed by periodically applying a protective clear coat, and it is the responsibility of the buyer.
